近藤 雪絵Yukie Kondo

立命館大学薬学部で、プロジェクト発信型英語プログラム（PEP）にもとづく専門英語教育に取り組んでいます。学生が議長やタイムキーパーの役を担い、教員はアドバイザーとして加わる「ミーティング・スタイル・クラスルーム」を考案し、英語で議論を進める力の育成を続けてきました。 I teach English for specific purposes at the College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Ritsumeikan University, within the Project-based English Program (PEP). I developed the Meeting-style Classroom, in which students take the roles of chair and timekeeper while the teacher joins as an adviser, and I have been building students' ability to run discussions in English ever since.

いま研究の軸にしているのは Expressive Agency（表現の主体性）という考えです。自分の経験・知識・関心・価値観を起点として、他者との関わりのなかで意味や表現をつくりながら、自分自身がその表現の主体であること。生成AIを授業にどう位置づけるかも、研究内容を短く伝えるグラフィカル・アブストラクトやライトニングトークの作成支援も、この問いの延長にあります。 At the centre of my work now is expressive agency: starting from your own experience, knowledge, interests and values, making meaning and expression through your relationships with others, and remaining the author of what you express. How generative AI belongs in the classroom, and how students can be supported in compressing their research into graphical abstracts and lightning talks, are both extensions of that question.
